Multiple Dates allows you to select more than one date for your event, such as an event that occurs on consecutive days such as on Monday and Tuesday or an event that repeats every month on the 1st. Below are a few examples:

Consecutive dates

  • Select the start Date
  • Under Multiple Dates select "Daily" from the drop-down menu
  • For Every... select "1 day" from the drop-down menu
  • For End On... select the last day of your event

Ad Hoc Dates

  • Select the start Date
  • Under Multiple Dates select "Ad Hoc" from the drop-down menu
  • On the calendar that pops up, select any additional dates you would like to add

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

  • Select the start Date
  • Under Multiple Dates select "Weekly" from the drop-down menu
  • You can leave Every... set to "1 week"
  • Under On These Days check "Mon," "Wed," and "Fri"
  • Lastly, for End On... select the last day of your event

Tuesday and Thursday

  • Select the start Date
  • Under Multiple Dates select "Weekly" from the drop-down menu
  • You can leave Every... set to "1 week"
  • Under On These Days check "Tue," and "Thu"
  • Lastly, for End On... select the last day of your event

Monday through Friday

  • Select the start Date
  • Under Multiple Dates select "Weekly" from the drop-down menu
  • You can leave Every... set to "1 week"
  • Under On These Days check "Mon", "Tue", "Wed", "Thu", and "Fri"
  • Lastly, for End On... select the last day of your event

Every two weeks on Friday

  • Select the start Date
  • Under Multiple Dates select "Weekly" from the drop-down menu
  • For Every... select "2 weeks" from the drop-down menu
  • Under On These Days check "Fri"
  • Lastly, for End On... select the last day of your event

15th of every month

  • Select the 15th of the month for the Date field
  • Under Multiple Dates select "Monthly" from the drop-down menu
  • For Every... select "1 month" from the drop-down menu
  • Next for Repeat By... select "Day of the month"
  • Lastly, for End On... select the last day of your event

2nd Tuesday of every month

  • Select the 2nd Tuesday of the month for the Date field
  • Under Multiple Dates select "Monthly" from the drop-down menu
  • For Every... select "1 month" from the drop-down menu
  • Next for Repeat By... select "Day of the week"
  • Lastly, for End On... select the last day of your event
